The jobs executed in the Financial and Commercial Operations Department include: drafting, monitoring and analysis of the business policy and policy of electric energy prices, economic planning, preparation and presentation of the financial report, analysis and follow up of the property status, revenues, expenditures and financial statements, regulation of internal economic relations, foreign exchange and dinar system of payment , cash management and providing of liquid funds, follow up of undertaking and fulfillment of contractual obligations, execution of credit arrangements with banks and international financial institutions and follow up of the implementation of credit arrangements, calculation of tax and other fiscal liabilities, accounting operations, payment and calculations of wages and other personal incomes for the PE EMS.
