Monthly auctions for allocation of transmission capacity rights in January 2010. will be held on Monday 14. December 2009. Submition of requests and results download is performed by EMS IT system DAMAS for transmission capacity allocation. Submition of requests is on 14.12.2009 from 09h till 13h. Capacity allocation results are published on the same day at last at 17h. Right to particpate on monthly auctions has any market participant who received from the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia the licence and
after prior conclusion of the Contract with PE EMS for the right to use the cross-border transmission capacity on the borders of the control area of the Republic of Serbia, and the balancing of the operation plans for the period 1 January 2010 – 31 December 2010.

Instruction concerning Implementation of Customs on crossborder electricity transaction and instruction concerning  Application of Customs and Tax Procedure on electricity transaction over the administration line with Territory of Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija come into force on September,1 2009.

According to this instruction all participants on Serbian energy market are obliged  to deliver to EMS and Customs announcements on electricity tansactions on deily level starting from September, 1, 2009.

Announcement on electricity transactions is performed by delivering files in standardised format on e-mail adress: najava@ems.rs and struja@carina.rs.
